Things We Miss About Retro Style Dating

Things We Miss About Retro Style Dating

Retro Style Dating simply means once you meet someone, you’re allowed "ONLY" one text and one email to contact the person. After that you should be on the phone. Whatever happened to flirting with someone in person?

What happened to arranging a date that involved meeting for a cup of coffee?

Isn't it so much more romantic when two men lay in bed until daylight talking about their family, friends and love aspirations in person rather than sending a thousand text messages back and forth?

When was the last time you flirted with someone in person? Did we hear you say, “NEVER?” Flirting in person is from the "good old days" when romance was alive and kicking. Kinkster Mag hopes person-to-person romance is not dead.

When you’re in the game to find a date, companion, a friend, or even the love of your life; text messaging and Facebook emails are not the way to the altar. If you’re not putting in some serious face time, you might be eventually spending countless hours deleting text messages and emails from someone with whom you never really clicked (pun intended).

Having grown up when there were no cell phones, text messaging or social networking sites; a time when body language, facial expressions, talking and listening to one another face-to-face was the primary form of communication, is why I appreciate the art of communication. I understand the benefits to advanced technology and the need for instant gratification but the true way of finding love is by dating the retro style dating way.

HOW TO MEASURE

Kinkster NYC Sizing Chart

The best way to determine size is to measure one of your favorite fitting shirts first and comparing to our approximated size charts.

WIDTH: The body width is measured by laying the shirt flat on it's back, keeping it free from wrinkles, and measuring from one arm pit to the other arm pit.

LENGTH: The body length is measured from neck seam to the bottom of the T-shirt.

APPROXIMATE CHEST: Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
